busy day today - started out with 60min practice paddling with my dragon boat team,

since I was already warmed up, went to the gym for 50 min strength exercises followed by 10 min stretch/foam roller (felt sooooo good)

tonight did 118 min (22.5 miles) on stationary bike- wanted to see the movie through to the end

started Sunday with an hour of dragon boat paddling, followed by trip to the gym for a strength workout since I was already so warmed up. ended with10 min stretch/foam roller
