Glad to hear your not giving up:) you can do this!!!

Some how I can't seem to do this, I get through about half way through the day & then the afternoon slump or evening when I'ma t the computer does me in! But I'm not going to give up.

I wanted something sweet and found a can of pineapple in pineapple juice and ate it. I am not sure if this is good but it was a lot better than what I was craving!!!

Toni, great job on staying away from those sweets! I'm not really doing the challenge, but I am trying to cut down on my chocolate. It's really the only sweet I craves side from fruit.

Sunday I had some syrup with my GF pancakes but since Monday I've been doing great.

Julie, you can do this... just decide when you want to eat that junk....Throw it away and find something healthier to eat. One thing that has been helping me is I don't buy any thing sweet just snacks like fruits, veggies, seeds, and nuts. emoticon

Great job everyone!!!

This is day 9 for me...no sweets. Last Monday which was day 1, it was really hard for me but I increased my protein and drank more water. That seemed to help.

Great job, you are right about it being a challenge with daycare but I don't serve a lot of sweets since I will pay for it later. Mine are having an apple tasting party today along with peanut butter to dip them in.
I promise I will try hard with no sweets!

nothing sweet yesterday!! I plan on the same today,.... sugar triggers me. no breads, no sweets, it is hard with a daycare but I have committed to 5210 so I am not serving a lot of processed crackers and such which helps me. A half a banana and a cup of milk, is a great snack for them as well as me!! emoticon emoticon I choose vanilla almond milk with no sugar, they get 1%.

I think pretzels are a healthy snack. I finally did lots better these last two day. Nooooo unhealthy foods. I ate tomatoes and cucumbers that came from my garden for my snack. I can't believe I could actually do it ....but I did WooHoo!!!

Pretzels would fall more to the healthy depending on how many you ate and if they had anything on them.

Better than the candy bars and junk I have been eating. I did better today.

As far as snacking, I had a granola bar with the kids at work. It was a 90 calorie one.

Hope everyone is doing well with this challenge. I am not. I have had something sweet almost everyday. Wow, didn't know how much sweet I was eating and now that I am trying to avoid it - I realize that I was definitely eating way to much. I have cut down but not enough!!

We can do this!!

Make sure you are tracking this goal. At the end of the month, someone will receive an awesome goodie!!

Well, I kinda blew it with having some dark choc chips. They are healthier than milk chip but wasn't to happy with about it. I guess I have to work on it more...tomorrow is another day!
