Congrats, Julie! Toni, keep up the hard work. Your body is building new muscle now with the running, so you may not see any loss for a little bit. Make sure you are taking measurements as well to track your progress in more than one way!
I am back under 140, holding steady between 138 and 139. I just changed up my workout routine again, so hopefully that will get things jump started again.

Sorry to hear that Jen. My weight jumped up again too. Doc says I have to watch my exercise with my knees suggested water aerobics - not available in too many places around here.
We both just had a small set back. Time to get back on track! We can do it! We can! We will!

My weight bounced back up over 140. TOM was here and I had some foods I don't normally eat while visiting my family, so I'm sure those were factors but I'm still not happy. Oh well, no dwelling on it... time to move forward, and keep moving!

I stepped on the scale Monday morning to find that I gained 6 pounds during the time John was home! I'm pretty sure most of it was in the last 2 weeks as he was preparing to leave; he kept showing up with Starbucks and Ice Cream, and taking me out to eat because we weren't going to have time together this summer. TOM is here, so that doesn't help either. I am stepping up my efforts, have been tracking (and staying in range) with eating all week, and I will be weighing myself twice weekly (Sun or Mon and Thurs). Hopefully I will get things back in check soon!

I think I may be gaining mussel mass with the added walking.....not sure!!!! I did manage to lose 8 oz. Maybe tomorrow I will have lost another pound.....trying to stay positive:)

My scale says I have lost a pound since my last weigh in here at home. The docs scale showed I lost more but I am sticking to my scale at home. It keeps track of my last weight and then tells me the difference when I weigh in.
1/4 inch here and 1/2 inch there and some things staying the same but definitely progress!

I can't believe I lost another 2 pounds this week for a total weight lost of 3 pounds for the week. I have increase my exercise by walking 1 hour and climbing 1 steep hill every day but Wed. which was only 45 min......WOOHOO!!!
