Its a new month with new opportunities!
So, how is everyone doing with fitness? I can't seem to get motivated to run, but I'm getting in plenty of other exercise. Does that mean I just need a running break? Perhaps. I'm much more active with the kids in the summer, and I'm burning plenty of calories with martial arts.
My main personal goal for this month is to track all of my food, even if I know I'm way o er for the day. That is hard for me. I don't really have a fitness goal, but perhaps make 4 martial arts classes each week? There. I set a goal.
I'd love to hear what everyone else is doing, even if it is taking a break.
