So happy for you, keep it up! We have the power to change our destiny. I'm still motivated after 2 years on Spark. I did not hit my goal for Fit by Fifty, but I've learned to love exercise and change my lifestyle to a much healthier one. So, although I didn't meet my weight goal, my life is heading in a much better direction. Good luck to you on your journey!

I lost 1 pound this week! My goal is to lose between .5 - 1 pound a week until my 50th (10/2/12). Doing this will put me at my weight loss goal. This is my first week and I lost 1 pound.
