I never got bloated, but I don't have a TOM. I heard a lot of people complain about that in phase 1 though. IIRC it was temporary for them.

Good for you! Wish there was a body pump class here! I have no ACL in my right knee & RA
so I modify moves (like the lunges)-but the main thing is-like you said-off the couch! Proud of

So far so good. I talked myself into going to Body Pump class tonight even though my knee is injured and did the work up to lunges and then left the class. Got in my 30 day workout and didn't sit at home on the couch. So proud of me! Day 2 on the eating plan. I feel bloated. Is this normal?
