I am preparing to start the trainer after Thanksgiving. I'm currently rersearching better clean eating meals for myself since I feel this is what hurt me the first go-around.
In addition to that, I am also eyeballing the supplements. The first go-around, I only did the whey protein (a GNC brand) with shakes and occasional pancakes (my own concoction) along with a daily vitamin. I didn't add anything else like the BCAA tabs. I've seen where Jamie has a 'special' on the bodybuilding.com site with whey protein, BCAA's, a smart blend of fats and the Opti women, which I guess is a multi vitamin. Has anyone else tried any of these? What about the BCAA tabs...are they helpful? The prices for hers don't seem bad but I need some feedback and was hoping I could get it here :)
