Hi Cindy. I felt the same way when the ground turkey first started showing up years and years ago. Tastes good. You will get used to the color thing. Way back I had to ease my boyfriend into it by mixing it with lean ground beef or putting it into sauces. Felt like I was dealing with a kid. LOL It really is good!
the muffins are absolutely amazing! All of them, turkey, carrot, pumpkin and the best ones are cinnamon swirl cake. Every recipe of hers has been so delicious I'm afraid w/out cardio & eating something that tastes so delicious I may be cheating & not even know it lol
Yes, love the turkey meatloaf muffins- I substitute chili garlic sauce for the chipotle spice. Either way, TRY them. No ground beef is really lean enough for this program. You might be able to sub ground chicken if you really have a thing about turkey. Or make the carrot cake protein bars instead.
Hello LiveFit Friends! Anyone here make the muffins that are in the eating plan? I'm feeling confident about working out, now I'm focusing on what I eat. I'm not sure I can handle ground turkey, do you think I could substitute low fat high quality ground beef? Thanks!!
