yep, I loved it too... makes sushi (my all time favorite) difficult. My reactions are all strangely delayed-- usually at 2am or so (whether I had it at lunch or dinner).

Oh no, you too? Crab and lobster were my all time favorites:( I shouldn't even eat in places that cook it. Last time the BF and I went to Red Lobster my throat swelled and couldn't breathe and I had a burger.

I say if you like it and it has worked, do it! She actually has it listed under fats and recommends half a serving for women, but you know your body. I wish I could eat salmon again. It makes my mouth itch now:( I will check out that recipe for the boyfriend. I believe salmon is good as long as you don't add all the other stuff to it. Beautiful thing is you don't need a bunch of oil. Sorry to hear you had reactions. Crazy thing about fish is it can become a really bad allergy quickly. Oh no, now I am craving lobster and crab legs. Two more things I can't eat anymore! lol

It is on her foods list -- under Fatty Proteins. Great way to get your EFAs! I buy the smoked salmon packs at Costco-- soooo easy to just get a few ounces of protein without even have to cut or cook anything!

It's in the fatty protein section of her list. All I can find that it says is "Healthy fats are often built into the meals. In the event they are not, pay attention to the serving size. Males typically get a full serving and females, a half serving."

I realized that the tilapia was causing me some severe migraines/cluster headaches. Three days in a row after eating them, so I'm going to finally take the message from my body!

I don't see salmon listed on Jamie Eason's allowed foods list, but I'm wondering if I can make the sub since I had such good luck with it the first time I lost weight through tracking food for 3 months. Is there something bad about salmon for this workout I'm not seeing?
