I searched to see if anyone posted on this before and didn't find anything, but my apologies if it has already been covered...
Is anyone incorporating a before bed *snack* of casein protein while on this? It's something I have been eyeing but I am never usually hungry after dinner and I don't want to open up a can of worms and start craving it (something I read on BB.com about happening) or spend the money if it's not entirely worth it. But at the same time, I would also LOVE to take advantage and maximize my muscle building and fat shredding assuming it works.
Just curious... oh! And if you do, do you take it in the form of cottage cheese or in a powder protein? Thanks!!
