As I am still trying to lose since LiveFit, I am probably not the best to answer.
Have found that through trying different routines since doing it that I am figuring out I like working each group on different days. Currently am doing 2 days upper, 2 days lower (circuits for both), and two days of cardio. Like the sweat, but miss doing several moves for each group:( Have been adding to the routine, but it just takes really long and I don't get the kind of meditation I love from a routine. It's fun, but miss the other.
So for me to maintain I think I will need to back off on some exercise days or time spent working out. I plan on continuing with the clean eating and am having a hard time meeting the higher calories, let alone go up for maintenance. That is unless I hit a big plateau and have to mess with them. So far I am continuing to lose at least a pound a week with inch loss. Some areas have stopped losing inches but are showing more definition. Now if only I could lose some more on the waist and thighs. Pesky buggers won't drop fast enough:) Think I have another 15 pounds to lose, but who knows with the way weights change the numbers.
