Apparently no maintainers here...
I am not yet to a maintenance plateau, but after this round I will be working to MAINTAIN the muscle I grow. After being off 6+ weeks, I am NOT happy with the muscle loss I experienced. So it will probably be 3-4 ST sessions per week. I seriously hope I don't have to do too much cardio other than fun activities I like: hiking, climbing, golf. I do expect I will always need to keep my food in check. I gain incredibly fast, so no more crap for me. Definitely know I need to stick to clean and relatively low fat diet.
Others have gone on to different ST programs, which I will also probably do just to have something to follow.

As I am still trying to lose since LiveFit, I am probably not the best to answer.
Have found that through trying different routines since doing it that I am figuring out I like working each group on different days. Currently am doing 2 days upper, 2 days lower (circuits for both), and two days of cardio. Like the sweat, but miss doing several moves for each group:( Have been adding to the routine, but it just takes really long and I don't get the kind of meditation I love from a routine. It's fun, but miss the other.
So for me to maintain I think I will need to back off on some exercise days or time spent working out. I plan on continuing with the clean eating and am having a hard time meeting the higher calories, let alone go up for maintenance. That is unless I hit a big plateau and have to mess with them. So far I am continuing to lose at least a pound a week with inch loss. Some areas have stopped losing inches but are showing more definition. Now if only I could lose some more on the waist and thighs. Pesky buggers won't drop fast enough:) Think I have another 15 pounds to lose, but who knows with the way weights change the numbers.

I've noticed that some people do another round after the first go. I began this program being only 5-10 pounds from my goal weight and wanting to get back into my size 8's. Well, here it is week eight and while I haven't dropped that much weight, I am able to comfortably wear my 8's I couldn't get into before; clearly I've lost inches and that's a huge success for me.
What has anyone done or can recommend for maintaining after the initial 12 weeks? I'm thinking I can do each muscle group once a week and keep up with the cardio 2-3 days as well as the clean eating.
I appreciate anyone's thoughts & input here
