Clean eating will give you tons of energy to feel up to the program, but I am a firm believer that women do not bulk up unless they are doing competitive lifting.
Sometimes it is just down-right hard to master food and exercise at the same time, so take an approach that suits you best.

I'm on the program but not following the food plan at all. I'm eating the way I typically eat which is careful but I don't know if it is "clean". So I guess I would say use the program as your incentive to try eating clean :)

I'm on my 6th week of this program and I just jumped in clean eating and working out. Natalie Hodson has a facebook page and her own website with good recipes that don't require a lot of ingredients I've never heard of.
I didn't have a problem making the clean switch but I do get a little bored with the foods so I'm always searching for something new/modified.

Thank you everyone for your help and suggestions!
There are some clean eating teams on spark.Tosca Reno has a great site on the web (also
the books).I too, confess to not being a strict follower of the diet-my major focus has been to
try to eat better(& cleaner)

Hi and a Big Welcome:)
I started eating clean a little before discovering this team. Probably helped me a bit with the plan. Not as much of a shock with the workouts too. Also, had gotten through much of the cravings by the time I started.
I have some of Tosca Renos books as well as some vegetarian books I go to. Much of what the boyfriend and I do is modify recipes. I confess to not making all of Jamie's recipes (head held down in shame). I am not a huge cook too. Here are some links to sites I use:

There is a great website for clean eating at www.thegraciouspantry.com. You will find tons of recipes and great ideas for how to revamp your meal plans. Good luck!

I am coming off the Jillian Michaels Body Revolution program next week and am looking to my next big thing. I wasn't terribly successful with Jillian because my diet is not on target quite yet.
In Jamie's program she has a meal plan. I am thinking of starting to eat clean first AND then start on her program. I just feel that if I jump all in, I will fall into the same rut I did with Jillian, so instead of losing inches and pounds, I bulked up.
What are your thoughts on my approach? What resources do you use for clean eating? Where do you find your recipes?
Any help and thoughts on the matter will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
