I am coming off the Jillian Michaels Body Revolution program next week and am looking to my next big thing. I wasn't terribly successful with Jillian because my diet is not on target quite yet.
In Jamie's program she has a meal plan. I am thinking of starting to eat clean first AND then start on her program. I just feel that if I jump all in, I will fall into the same rut I did with Jillian, so instead of losing inches and pounds, I bulked up.
What are your thoughts on my approach? What resources do you use for clean eating? Where do you find your recipes?
Any help and thoughts on the matter will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
