OK so im on the other end of the spectrum here, LOL, but wanted to add my 2cents. I could eat all day everyday as a Food Addict all i need is permission and Im off and running. I rarely eat the 6th meal either though. I focus on getting the right amount of protein and unless i am short protein/calories (which is rare) I usually only eat 5 meals (my day is 4am-8pm).
I dont usually do eggs either, not because I dont like them, I just like to prepare my food ahead of tiem. In my fridge I have weighed portions of cottage cheese, greek yogurt/oatmeal, and grilled pork ready to grab so I dont over induldge when Im hungry. I am focusing (refocusing as of today) on mindful eating and paying attention to hunger cues which usually has me eating every 2-3 hours like the plan wants.
If you are hungry for that 6th meal and dont want eggs again cottage cheese is a good option since it has capsasin (good muscle builder) in it. Its also not a lot of food 1/2 cup is about 80 calories, so you wont feel over full before you go to bed. you could also do greek yogurt (I like 0% Fage plain) with a tablespoon of SF jelly (110 calories together). I would just avoid carbs for the last meal. HTH
