Hi everyone! I was just added as a Co-Leader and am very excited to add my support, advice and general comments to this wonderful team. I wanted to introduce myself so everyone would know a little bit about me when I pop up on your blog or wall with a comment.

I am 35 a SAHM of 2 girls (2 and 4). I am currently on day 44 of Live Fit and am seeing great results. I do all my workouts at home with dumbells and resistance bands. I am learning a lot about strength, my body and nutrition through this program and the comments/advice from others. I look forward to learning from each of you on here whether you are just starting out or a seasoned veteran. I want to hear your input, advice, questions and comments.
