Yep, Ideally cardio right after weights. Alot of people split these up however.
Higher weights, lower reps (and she'll gradually increase the reps but you may not have to drop the weight back too much by then). So yes, you should be able to lift 85% of the maximum weight you can only lift once without failure eight to ten reps (watch out, she mixes it up, some exercises eight, some ten, then some twelve).
I am working phase 2 with you! Repeating week 6 currently then week 7/8 before I jump back to Phase 3.
Hi Tracie:) Congrats on starting Phase 2 tomorrow. You will want to do cardio after weight training. Yep, she mixes it up again. You are still muscle building in this phase, but will now be lifting heavier than in Phase 1. Go for 85% now. You will feel it. Also will be hitting supersets. Enjoy!!!
