It does say no cardio for the first 4 weeks. I would think if you already to strength training and cardio adding a bit in may not hurt. I may just stick with walking for the first phase. Change of plans Im starting Monday Feb 27th. I was going to wait until my 5000 challenge was done but Im somewhat anxious to start again. Plus this gives me time to redo a week here or there if I need to and still finish before my June Vegas trip.

hi SparkVampy- there are people here in various stages-- some redoing, some recently started and some just started, so I'm sure there will be someone going through the program in the approximate timeframe to you, no matter which phase you decide to start back in. Glad you are healthy again. Good luck!
Ok, I previously did (back when we all first started) Phase 1 & 2. I decided not to do phase 3 because it was to time consuming for me .
But I am ready for round 2. I need something to get me focused and be accountable. I havent worked out in so long, due to neck injury and cold etc. Now Im fully recovered from both. Is anyone else starting this challenge again (up for round 2)? If so when are you starting? Im waiting til my in laws move out and I can dedicate more ME time. They should be moving soon though.
