Ok, I previously did (back when we all first started) Phase 1 & 2. I decided not to do phase 3 because it was to time consuming for me .
But I am ready for round 2. I need something to get me focused and be accountable. I havent worked out in so long, due to neck injury and cold etc. Now Im fully recovered from both.
Is anyone else starting this challenge again (up for round 2)? If so when are you starting? Im waiting til my in laws move out and I can dedicate more ME time. They should be moving soon though.
