Thanks for the support AKAFIT. My power and heat finally came back on last night. I'll have to check today to see if the gym is on yet and I have to replace all the food we lost, but I am taking steps to get back on track!

WOW! Sorry to hear about your lack of electricity. I know that it is frustrating, but just know that this was an unforeseen happening. You can't control the weather. And, without electricity or food you have to eat what is available. Just do your best and get back to it when you can.

Well, I had been doing great with the Livefit program up through week 7, which was last week for me. I missed the last two days of week 7, Friday and Saturday, because I was prepping for my Halloween party, but I was continuing to follow the eating plan and was going to double up at the beginning of week 8 to make up the workouts. Then the unexpected snowstorm hit! I live in Connecticut, and we got clobbered Saturday night with a foot of snow. The power went out in the middle of my party. The power has been out since then. My gym has been closed. All my food has gone bad, and I can't cook anything. I have resorted to going out to eat, which has not been clean, and my body has not been happy at all! I haven't worked out since Thursday. I am hoping to get power back at my house and the gym by Thursday so I can just finish out the rest of week 7 and start week 8 next week and forget that it was suppose to be this week. Very frustrating!
