My only words of wisdom is to be able to invest the time. I am in Week #8 and it get really time consuming once you get deeper into the program. It has been problematic for some to squeeze in all of the exercise and cardio in Phase 3 which is where I will be next week.
If you have any injuries, really try to modify moves. For instance, I had knee surgery in June and I have to be really careful about squats and lunges. I can't do them as deeply since my surgery.
One last thing, don't get discouraged if you don't see the pounds melting away. I have not really lost any weight, but I have shed almost two inches. I think we can get discouraged when we don't see the results that others may have or we think we should have.
