Well I've found when I don't prep that's when I have problems. I'm more tempted to just waste money and buy something for convenience. That and I love the kitchen. I used to bake a lot, but had to take a break.

Plus some of the prep time was used for the rest of the fam too. I make them homemade hot pockets so school/work lunches are easier. Plus they are cheap and easy! :) I like being able to just grab things and go.

Yesterday was a great workout. Sore, but probably not as sore as a should be. Tomorrow may be another story LOL! My soreness is usually 2 days out, looking forward to today's! :) Good luck ladies!

Woo Hoo! Good for you for starting the challenge! Sounds like you are on the right track with your prep. I'm in Phase 2 now and I feel awesome- I hope you do too. See you at the finish line! :)

Just wanted to say good luck to those of that are starting Phase 1 today ... and keep up the good work to anyone that is on any other phase.

I did a massive food prep this weekend (8+ hrs cooking - between me and the family). I now have lemon bars, chocolate bars, turkey muffins, pre-cooked chicken, pre-cut fruit and veggies and a few prepped breakfasts! Looking forward to the challenge!
