Jamie says on her Facebook page that she prefers to have berries with her breakfast and then a banana with her protein shake. For healthy fats, she uses a supplement. I personally use a supplement that has flax seed in my shakes/smoothies. I also take in fats in my salads from salad dressing and avocados.
