Jamie says on her Facebook page that she prefers to have berries with her breakfast and then a banana with her protein shake. For healthy fats, she uses a supplement. I personally use a supplement that has flax seed in my shakes/smoothies. I also take in fats in my salads from salad dressing and avocados.

Where do you all incorporate fruit and healthy fat(EVOO or Peanut or almond butter etc) into Jamie Eason's challenge?
