No way! I'm keeping at it... I love to see improvement even if it takes awhile. If I can get 5 in before sinking then I know I'm gaining!

It's core and upper body and you will see improvement in time. If the Roman Chair bothers you, you can always substitute reverse crunches until you feel stronger. Keep up the good work!!

On Week 3 for the ab exercise ( I think its the Emperor Chair or something like that)... by the time I'm half way through the set my shoulders are shrugged and I'm sinking, lol. Is this something that will imnprove with core strength or is it an upper body strength issue?? I looked like a stuck turtle.
