On Week 3 for the ab exercise ( I think its the Emperor Chair or something like that)... by the time I'm half way through the set my shoulders are shrugged and I'm sinking, lol. Is this something that will imnprove with core strength or is it an upper body strength issue?? I looked like a stuck turtle.
