You know I'm still not hungry. I've been forcing myself to eat every 3 hours anyway. Those Carrot Cake Bars of Jamie's are so filling. I think I'm only going to eat 2 of them for a small meal instead of 4. I feel bloated and then I have to eat lunch. Chicken, brown rice and steamed veggies. Very yummy, but I wasn't hungry. I always wanted my stomach to shrink because I'm usually hungry all the time! It's got to be the lack of cardio. On my old plan I was doing 45 minutes of cardio 5 days a week and strength training 3 days a week. Now on the LiveFit Program there's no cardio only strength training. I bet that's the reason I'm not hungry. Once we add cardio back in Phase 2 I bet my appetite will return.
