I haven't been all that hungry either, but over the weekend I primed & painted the entry way of my house and after that I was STARVING! I know I got my HR up because I could feel it and broke into a good sweat while painting (this all after my ST workout for the day). I think you're right that once we add that cardio back in it will make a difference in our appetites!

You know I'm still not hungry. I've been forcing myself to eat every 3 hours anyway. Those Carrot Cake Bars of Jamie's are so filling. I think I'm only going to eat 2 of them for a small meal instead of 4. I feel bloated and then I have to eat lunch. Chicken, brown rice and steamed veggies. Very yummy, but I wasn't hungry. I always wanted my stomach to shrink because I'm usually hungry all the time! It's got to be the lack of cardio. On my old plan I was doing 45 minutes of cardio 5 days a week and strength training 3 days a week. Now on the LiveFit Program there's no cardio only strength training. I bet that's the reason I'm not hungry. Once we add cardio back in Phase 2 I bet my appetite will return.
I was so sick of food for the first week. By the middle of week 2, I was STARVING at the 2.5 hour point between meals. Once your metabolism kicks up, this will seem more natural and you'll be so relieved when you finally get to eat again.
I think the sky if falling and pigs are flying. I do not want to eat anymore! I'm so sick of eating and my jaw hurts from chewing. Anyone else feel this way? Anyone turning to protein shakes instead of real food. I NEVER thought I'd have this problem! LOL!
