I agree. Eggs at that point in the evening just don't sound good at ALL.
At least not egg whites and vegetables. Blech.
Greek yogurt is much yummier at that time. I've also been having half of my low-carb Quest bars at night (just 1/2 of one bar) as a little protein boost that isn't too carby. I tend to crave sweets at carbs at night, so simply doing better to cut back on them is my initial goal. If I try to eat egg whites every night I think I may develop a real aversion to them over the few months!
