Yep...I'm doing this at home as well. Glad to see I'm not the only one...not that I seriously thought I was. I have some weights but not too heavy. 8 lbs is the most. I don't have a barbell but I'm hitting the thrift stores on the look-out! I do have a bench.
Yesterday for the tricep pushdowns I did chair dips, and for the cable flyes I did regular flyes. Of course, I'm trying to work the same muscle groups. If all else fails I'll use one of the multitude of fitness dvd's I own. LOL!
What are y'all doin' today? I didn't look up the muscle groups yet but back and biceps shouldn't be too hard to figure out.
