I don't know the specifics of the program you're on now, but if you think doing the four-day ST splits will work along with whatever else you're doing, then you could definitely start. Have you looked over Jamie's workout plan for Phase 1? There's no rush to start if it's easier to wait, but I think in order to get the MOST out of her plan and the results that she promises, you should be able to dedicate yourself to the workouts and pretty darn close with the eating plan (six meals a day, clean-style, high protein, etc).
