I want more! Ampac and FitWhit ... I want to do more weights and heavier, I don't know if I should just do the one program I am doing right now though?

I am probably going to do Beach Body Asylum after this though, and lift weights ... maybe I coudl do it then. What are your ladies thoughts?

I am eating clean. I also do ST about 6 days a week, it's like ST, Cardio and then Core work. Its supreme 90 day.
Seeing great results already at 14 days into it.

I think I might add her program on top of mine, since I am not doing any cardio right now really.

I don't know the specifics of the program you're on now, but if you think doing the four-day ST splits will work along with whatever else you're doing, then you could definitely start. Have you looked over Jamie's workout plan for Phase 1? There's no rush to start if it's easier to wait, but I think in order to get the MOST out of her plan and the results that she promises, you should be able to dedicate yourself to the workouts and pretty darn close with the eating plan (six meals a day, clean-style, high protein, etc).

I will do that FitWhit. Thank you. I almost want to start, because right now I am doing just like strength training and HIIT. Do you think that can be modified, because I don't really do any cardio right now. I am just working on my strength??

Wonderful! Yes, please check in once in a while to learn more and see how things are going. Start when you can-- I know a lot of us are starting with Jamie on Monday, but many are modifying the plan to fit into their current lives (personally- I just ran this morning since I have a HM coming up).

When/if you decide to start, let us know if you have questions and keep us updated on your progress!

You can start whenever you want. It's just new, so Jamie is starting hers Monday but the plan will be around for you to use :)

I definitely want to do this plan. I think I might wait until my current program is done. I am doing Supreme 90 Day and it's kinda like Strength Training and HIIT.

Will it be around in October. Like can I start in October? \ emoticon
