I got past 164, took me like 2 weeks but I finally broke it! I am super excited!!
So i have been eating healthy and exercising for about a month. This past week and a half i have not done much in terms of losing weight. I am starting to get discouraged because i eat right, most of the time. I also work out alllll the time. I just cant seem to get past 164! Anyone have any suggestions that could help? Thank you in advance :)
