Id love to !!!!! Im working on gettin a wagon so I can pull my son along for the walks once it gets lil bit warmer and doing about 20 mins of cardio a day and some weight training also about 3 times a week with the cardio but I am very new at trying to be healthy so I would love for someone who is going to suport me but also seggest things to help me out ! let me know if we are on ! lol

Hey SE Michigan ladies! I am looking for a local "accountability" partner because, while I'm faithful at tracking my food on Spark, I am NOT faithful about doing my exercise. My goals are simple, take one walk per day and try to get in some type of exercise 3x per week. If you have similar goals and would like someone to be accountable to and check in with via Spark's message system, let me know! It'd be a fun way to stick to plan and be all friendly.
