I eat very well and healthy ....... But in the rush of work etc. ........ If I do not get enough protein in ........... I start feeling 'funny' ........... and generally can put my finger on it ........... If I have to go too long between meals............ I would feel edgy ........ as I know my blood sugar has dropped .............. (so I try to keep protein snacks on hand) ............

Not really. I eat at a very nice level. Usually between 1500 and 1600 calories and am rarely hungry. I eat very healthy. Next to no processed foods. Today breakfast was a serving of shredded wheat, a banana, and I forgo and used 1% milk instead of almond milk. I got hungry around 11. Hasn't happened in a long time. I think it was because shredded wheat isn't as good as the Greek yogurt. Both breakfasts have approximately the same calories but my smoothie keeps me full longer. I tend to eat few grains and that probably is useful

Is your mood affected by how well you eat? **************************************** *********** Not so much how well I eat but when I eat. I find myself getting really cranky and tired feeling if I don't eat about every 4 hours.
