I know you can't believe everything you read in the magazines, but this one's about healthy gut and I know I've struggled with that in the past and an occasional migraine reminds me that I need to keep honest about what I eat. I am so happy to have some new meal suggestions, so I picked up the magazine and will be making the "Hamburger Soup" recipe they give, though for my allergies, I had to resort to turkey, so that's what I'll do with this recipe. Loaded with great veggies, so that will be my "more veggies" for today, at least! :-)

I was just given a whole bunch of home-grown (organic!) Roma tomatoes so I cut them up and am making a batch of cabbage roll casserole! Easiest way to track nutrition - use Spark recipes and then add to meal tracker! Loving it! :D

I've totally fallen in love with the Spark Recipe, Healthified White Trash Taco Salad. MMMMMMmmmmmmm so good! :) I've even cut the number of Calories down even more! (^_^) I'm addicted!!!!!

really wanting to keep adding more veggies to my day - right now just made a tomato veggie soup with some left over spaghetti sauce and ground beef, stewed tomatoes and California blend. A scoop of cottage cheese may sound strange, but hey, they add it to lasagna and that works for me - and it increases my calcium intake for the day! It was yummy! and filling! I made enough for two servings, and might not be able to finish it all in one sitting as I thought I might! LOL
