Today was my P90 "off-day," which I use as a wildcard day for workouts... so this morning, I chose to do an hour of ballet/barre work. Challenging AND rewarding!!

Yesterday I spent an hour at work moving heavy boxes. Ouch! Today I may go on a long walk with my pup.

Fall 5% Challenge Starfish Member!
Sparking as a Team October Challenge.

Ultimate Goal: Lose 95 lbs
Other Goal: Lose 100 lbs - no date

Best 5K Time: 33:53! I would like to get under 30 minutes eventually!

yesterday I got 4 miles of walking in for a total of 1 hour of exercise, plus a short strength training session...today, I biked to work again, so that'll be 2 hours and 19 miles, plus I'm going to walk on my breaks for 2 miles and 30 minutes, and I have a whole body strength training session for about 30-40 minutes later on...wish me luck!

yesterday I biked for a total of 2 hours and 19 miles, and walked for a total of 1 hour and 4 miles...today, no biking to work, but should get 3.5 miles of walking in.

With my future sister in law's wedding tomorrow, I had a short workout tonight. Only walked for 23min, but went a distance of 1.33miles and burned 205 calories

Yesterday, my friend and I went to the gym. I did 15 minutes on the treadmill and finished 1 mile (went between 3.5 and 6.0 mph and between 5.0 and 8.0 on the incline). I then did a little bit of weights (like 3 machines) and then did 5 minutes on the stairstepper (between level 3 and 8).

Definitely in need of motivation to get the gym... thinking about switching memberships, actually. We'll see. My eating has been OK over the past few days... a couple of days of pristine, and a couple of days slightly (and one not so slightly) over calories. My mind is still in a good place though so I'm excited to be working on it.

The trick is learning how to watch where you're going AND keep your head up.

I did my full-body 30 minute strength training tonight as well as a half an hour worth of walking for a total of 2 miles today. Had lunch with my honey, so didn't walk then, but still feel good for my accomplishments today!

I think this counts as fitness...I am rearranging my apartment. Moving couches, chairs, dressers and a bed...Not sure how long I've been doing it, been taking periodic breaks, but still breaking a sweat.

I missed my strength workouts over the weekend, but got back into the groove last night. Stuck with my daily 4 mile walking during the work week and I got my bike this weekend, so next week, I'm going to try to bike to work! We'll see how that pans out.

Went for a long walk with my fiance today. Walked the river pathway. Walked 6.48km/4.03mi in an hour and 20 minutes (that also included a sit down break on a bench for 5 mins or so).

Another long walk/jog today. Went 7.41miles, for 2 hours and burned 1143 calories. Tomorrow is my weigh in day, so lets hope it made a difference.

Yesterday I did the turbo sport class at my gym. I really did not want to get my butt to the gym, but was so glad that I did. I burned about 750 calories in 60 minutes according to my HRM. It was a great workout!

Wow! Way to go LoniMarie! I did my usual walking on my breaks and lunch for a total of 4 miles and 60 minutes. Then did my full body strength routine in the gym last night. Today it's just cardio and day off from strength training.

I walked for over 2 hours today, a total of 7.81miles and burned 1205 calories...I should note that this walk was consecutive...straight through, non stop-and when I wasn't walking up hills, I was jogging some of the time.

I've been walking every day I have work for a total of 60 minutes a day and in the evening doing strength training. I hope that next week I can start biking to and from work which will add another 2 hours of cardio in a day for a total of around 20 miles. emoticon

LOL... i should mention that jogging to the gym is only 1/2 mile each way :) But I did job the whole way and there are a LOT of hills in that 1/2 mile!

Yesterday I did my turbokick class! I wasn't sure I was going to get to cause I had a pinched nerve or something in my groin area, but it was feeling fine by the afternoon... so to the gym I went!
