Anything overly greasy makes me sick as well. Some foods my body actually rejects. The chips happened for me for a different reason. I like the Baked Ruffles and one night I ate an entire bag without even noticing. I lost it and can't eat chips anymore. It is good because that was my last junk food vice.
Taking care of yourself is not a luxury, it is a necessity.
I just had this happen to me yesterday. I ate one to many pringles yesterday and I have been nauseous ever since. I must say chocolate is my favorite junk food, but chips are nice one in a while. I hope I don't get sick for two weeks though:)
If I demand perfection today I won't have room to grow tomorrow.

One of my favorite junk foods of all time, any type of potato chip now makes me physically ill. I was sick for about 2 weeks and didn't really eat much more than applesauce and soup. Yesterday, I had a couple handfulls of Frito's and i became nauseous! It was horrible, I just wanted to throw up, and that's the way it is now for anything on the greasy side. I suppose it's not a terrible thing, I really needed to give up my junk food in order to lose weight but making me sick! That's a bit much! On the plus side, the 7 pounds I lost while sick doesn't seem to be coming back! Maybe it was a blessing in disguise lol - vent over.
