In general, I'd only count the actual workout time for calories burned since that is what the entry in the tracker is based on--the higher intensity stuff, not the low intensity warm up/cool down. there is some discussion of this topic in the "sticky" thread for questions in this team if you want to see what others have said as well.

Greetings! I have started my journy up the 28 Day Boot Camp Workouts and am very excited to join you all in your efforts across the same projects. :) I do have one question about recording my time for calories burned on my Fitness Tracker. Do I record under the "12-Minute Cardio Burst Workout" just the 12 minutes? Where do I record the 10 minutes of warm up and cool dow? Or do I record 22 minutes under the "12-Minute Cardio Burst Workout"? Just curious if anyone has a suggestion. Thanks!
