My eldest (Jen, 35) and second youngest (Jorie, 15) did Cardio Sculp and Tone and Burn yesterday. My eldest spontaneously came out with 'Thank God for Jewel.' It may be never when I try any of Lindsay's stuff.
I read this post yesterday morning before I started the Day 1 workout and was really confused. By the end of Day 1 I was singing Jewel's praises as well. I really think she might be my new best friend!
I just bought the DVD yesterday and I'm hoping I get home from work early enough tonight to give it a test run but tomorrow is my official start date. I appreciate you writing this post because it will help a beginner like me. :)

I love Jewel too-my kind of pace!!! I just started mine and have done it twice-I also feel like 2 left feet. At first, since I have bad knees I sat down and did the movements so I could get used to them and see if I could keep up and which ones would be ok for my knees. I am determined to make it work-maybe no mat work though. My husband has even taken an interest in it and wants to do it too. When I mentioned how hard the grapevine is, he said show me. So, in the next couple days I am going to do the DVD with him! Wish me luck!

This was my first day with the 28 day Boot Camp. I also am glad to have someone to watch that modified the movements. I'll catch on to all the movements, but today I felt like I had 2 left feet & one was on backwards. Laughing at times, sweating at all times. Be back tomorrow.

You are doing wonderful!!!! I was really into my fitness, but I am not having any great results. I've back off a little. I'm only going to do this 28 Day Boot Camp - 3 days a week. I was working out an hour a day, and not losing anything! Talk about depressing!!!! We'll see how this goes.
God bless Jewel, the chick who does the modified, beginner moves! I have a neck injury and was afraid I wouldn't be able to do a lot of stuff on the DVD. But it looks like I'll be able to modify stuff and be just fine. Woohoo, Genius SparkGoddesses!
