Great tips! I do something similar. I set my workouts for the same time everyday, and for me that time is around 1pm. It works into my new schedule best, and gives me time to wake-up and have a healthy breakfast. I also have a little folder on my computer with inspiring healthy pictures of everything from bottled water being poured in a class, to a picture of an orange. Just clicking through those imagines helps me to stay motivated subconsciously.
A great song for me has been "Lights" by Eli Goulding. Its not fast enough to workout too, but its a great motivating song to be since it talked about how she has changed from the old her. It also has an air of determination to it.

For me I plan ahead for the next day. That keeps me going cause once I set my mind to something I follow thru. And also I find fun things to do. Like bike riding or a new exercise video. Keep challenging yourself. To do better and father.
