Wow! I sincerely wish that owned a treadmill. I use workout videos, my favorites are the 500-calorie burn (65 mins) by Prevention, and the Jillian's Shred-It with Weights Kettle Bell workout (25 minutes). I originally liked Jackie Warner's Xtreme workout, but I find that Jillian is more inspiring and that the moves work with my strengths and weaknesses enabling me to keep better form than with Jackie's.

What really works for me is the treadmill ! The way this machine works. It turns off unless I go on a high incline. So I have to work harder. And I walk and run. So I do work hard. I don't work on it each day but every other day and it really helped ne lose the 100 that I lost since I have been on here
