Sounds great, Rebecca!

I enjoy munching a whole-grain muffin. My fave is raisin flaxseed.

One of my healthy living goals is to make some myself, trying to approximate Whole Foods Market recipe!

I think I'm gonna get more pro-active on doing that. : )

Right now, homemade protein shake and a small bowl of Kashi whole-grain cereal!

I love quinoa even though we had whole grain rice last night....

Had quinoa for lunch earlier this week and it will be on the menu next week!

What whole grains are you eating this week?

Whole grain rice is not the only one! Have you tried high-protein QUINOA yet?

Search on the Internet for "quinoa" - "KEE-nwa" - look for recipes, and try one!
