I just joined this team and I just have to jump in right away. I also love the Brown Rice Medley from Trader Joe's. It's my favorite.
I had a rare chance to leisurely go through Co$tco yesterday and came across a new thing to me : Great Valley Healthy Expectations Multigrain rice Blend--7grain medley with cranberries and almonds. Ingredients (because I know you want to know) Long grain parboiled rice, Gen ji Mai Calrose brown rice, rye berries, hulless barley, basmati, white rice, medium grain red rice, dried cranberries, (sugar, sunflower oil), dry roasted almonds and California wild rice.
Now that I look at that closely, the 'whole grains' are not that enticing but I like the cranberry/almond idea. I can't wait to try this, but I think I could just add cranberries and almonds to my TJ medley mix.
Has anyone else tried this?
