Well, I know it's not January 2012, but it's the start of a new me!!! My goals are to focus on eating healthier, and when I can't - to eat in moderation. I also want to fall in love with the gym. I want to work on getting healthier and building lean muscle - not just losing the weight (fat).

Hi Team!! 2013 has officially started!!! Like many of you, and many around the world. I am using January 1 to start "over" in my weight loss efforts, and have resolved to get this weight off for good in 2013. No more slacking, and no more excuses!
