2012 is about creating more time for ME (yes, me me me).
I left my job a year ago to have more of this time. I know that I'm fortunate with so many others in need of work. Anyway, it is far from retirement... 1) I'm too young, and 2) I have grand kids 4 days/week. I have two 3 year olds and a 6 year old one day, and 11 month old twin granddaughters 3 day/week.
Keeping my mind open, I'm finding ways to "get there."
I spend Fridays doing something for me, even if it is sleeping in. And even though it is only day 5, SP has been a huge door that opened and is very much about ME (with the sharing of many--appreciate). I have a few ME minutes while kids are busy playing or napping to log in on SP. It has helped to motivate and work on my food plan. In the evenings, I find something on TV or plug in a movie to have ME workout time. Very good of putting up my own roadblocks. SP has encouraged me right into my original goal for 2012 and am so happy to have stumbled across this and all the GREAT people!!!
