This month instead of doing daily questions there is going to be one BIG challenge and everyday a follow up post that I hope many of you will participate in! However, I know not all of us are in the same place with our health/weightloss, so this challenge is made to fit you.
MARCH CHALLENGE: Set ONE March goal for yourself; it can be anything you need (weight loss, to eat a healthy dinner, whatever). Post your goal on this forum.
