This month instead of doing daily questions there is going to be one BIG challenge and everyday a follow up post that I hope many of you will participate in! However, I know not all of us are in the same place with our health/weightloss, so this challenge is made to fit you.

MARCH CHALLENGE: Set ONE March goal for yourself; it can be anything you need (weight loss, to eat a healthy dinner, whatever). Post your goal on this forum. Everyday (or when you can), tell us all one thing you did that day to help you on your way to meeting that goal. Daily update forums will be added starting today! So set a goal and start sharing!!
