Renewing my drivers license. Believe me I had it all in my head that I was going to be a lot lighter when I had to get it done this month, but that is not happening.... well I am going to clain 246....but when I get around goal I will pay a few more bucks and get that awesome photo with a pound rating of 135!

I want to STOP Shopping While Fat, it is no fun!
Someday soon, I want to be a Former Fat Person.

2013 Goal to finish 3- Half Marathons!
(DONE)
2014 Goal finish 3 Half Marathons, and my house! And get a Sub 3 HR!

* Drink 8 Glasses of water minimum!
*Get at least 1000 fitness minutes in!
*Lose at least 5lbs a month!
*Have first GPS/timed trail run 5/3/12 (33:35:24 2.16 miles) and the

I am rewriting my goals, I have a couple more to do and then I am going to post them!

This week I'm going to concentrate more on preparing my meals ahead of time. That way I know ahead of time what's for each meal and not have to guess what I want to eat because I'm hungry.

I am going to work on following a schedule! Not just an excerise one but something to help me give a path for my life.

I'm going to avoid going into my usual routine after getting bad news. This week the County Commisioners gave us notice about our illegal 25 furloughs that is a 10% pay cut that is not in our union contract. I want to stay active this week and not go into the usual funk!

This week I am going to get those 30-60 minutes of exercise in, then after my 8.5 job including lunch I am going to work on my house afterwards. I will make 5 healthy dinners for my DH and myself and then I will get 7-8 hours of sleep!
