Sorry you've been sick. The fitness and nutrition have been a little inconsistent for of late. But the hubbs and I did go for a nice long walk today, so that was good. I recently went over goals to get myself motivated again.

Hi everyone, Sorry I haven't checked in on everyone for a while. I've been out of the loop for a bit. My DS and I have been passing a bug around for a couple of months, but I think we finally got rid of it (cross my fingers). How is everyone doing? Any new news to talk about? I've registered for a couple of 5Ks and my first mud run (excited!!), and finally got myself a road bike, so now I'm in the market for a tri.
How is everyone doing? Join in and let us know how your new healthy lifestyle is? I've had my ups and downs, and a few too many cookies now and then, but I just move on and don't look back.
