I thought I would check in and see how everyone is doing. I've been crazy busy with work, school, and chasing after my 11 month old. But I love every minute of it! I've forced myself to get up and get to the gym before work so I can get my exercise time in, but it's become a habit now and I don't mind it so much. Plus, it's like having another cup of coffee once the adrenaline kicks in. I've also signed up for a couple of races in my area to help motivate me to kick it up a notch. I haven't run in years, and my first 5k is in March, so I guess I better get busy running.
I hope you all are getting some exercise in, trying to make better food choices, and just realizing how much better you feel making better choices. I know I do! Keep the momentum going, and if you need any support, just yell!
