Oh and baby stress...I used to load Child intto the stroller and walk....ok it was to the bakery, but round trip was 2.7 miles. When I started exercising seriously with Spark, it took alot of practice to go PAST the bakery!

My 2nd triathlon is this weekend. I love the sport, but I am getting a bit burned out. Looking forward to the end of the racing season so I can guilt-free switchup the exercise. I dontwant to lose the fitness progress I have made, its not hyperbole to say I am in the best shape of my life, but I want to try some new things.

If i do not get up and get at my workouts, it never gets done, and it has not been getting done lately!! I am starting tomorrow getting that exercise habit started again!!!

Attitude is everything so pick a good one!!

ooohhhh...stress is a big thing. Let me know if you have any ideas for stress relief! I love taking walks in the morning, but on a baby's schedule sometimes it doesn't work out well. I'm always looking for other ideas!!

Tomorrow starts August. Summer is quickly coming to a close. Did you achieve the goals you wanted to for this summer? If so, what new goals are you going to strive for? If not, then what can you do to get to that goal?

I always look at a new month as a new time to refresh, and think about goals and a plan of action.

I know my exercise routine hasn't been what I want it to be lately. I've used excuses that we've all used, but it's time I get back on track. So my plan of action is to get an exercise routine going again. The big question for me is "early morning" or "late evening"? I love sleeping in until the last second, but I also know that when I get home from work I don't really want to go back out, so early morning, although I can't hit that snooze button anymore, maybe my best bet.

Anyone have any new goals or plans they are thinking of for the new month? I'd love to get some more ideas.
