Tomorrow starts August. Summer is quickly coming to a close. Did you achieve the goals you wanted to for this summer? If so, what new goals are you going to strive for? If not, then what can you do to get to that goal?
I always look at a new month as a new time to refresh, and think about goals and a plan of action.
I know my exercise routine hasn't been what I want it to be lately. I've used excuses that we've all used, but it's time I get back on track. So my plan of action is to get an exercise routine going again. The big question for me is "early morning" or "late evening"? I love sleeping in until the last second, but I also know that when I get home from work I don't really want to go back out, so early morning, although I can't hit that snooze button anymore, maybe my best bet.
Anyone have any new goals or plans they are thinking of for the new month? I'd love to get some more ideas.
