Sunday is always a good day to assess your week: what healthy habits you did; where you could make some changes, etc. Anytime we start something, usually it's "I'll start Monday". Well, tomorrow is Monday, so maybe take a minute today to think about what you can start (or stop, if it's a bad habit) tomorrow. Make a plan of action for your new "thing".
