Well hello all,
Tomorrow starts a new month, and the summer begins! This is my favorite time of the year, so I am very excited! So maybe with this new month we can all evaluate what our path is on our healthy journey, and look at what goals we are trying to achieve. Do we have specific ones? Are we working on a healthy habit or working on breaking an unhealthy one? Maybe you can do some personal meditation to find answers to these questions, and if you have a specific goal or habit you are working on, we’d love to hear about it! It might even give us ideas for new ones to work on ourselves!

I have two: Since having my son in March, I haven’t been on SparkPeople every day like I should, which helps keep me accountable for my choices. In June, I am going to strive to login every single day to track my food, read articles, message boards, etc.
My other one is that I have been going to the gym since the birth of my son, but have not gotten back into a routine. I am going to put my gym schedule on my calendar that way I am scheduled to go and will not have other commitments that “move into” the time slot. Because my days are so scheduled with work, kids, school (myself and my kids), etc, planning is so important to my success!
