I feel so lucky to have found this site! When I started in January, my goal was to lose 30 lbs by May 5, my daughter's First Communion date. I am 1.2 lbs away, and it's still 2 weeks from now. I will achieve my goal! I feel so much stronger, not just my body but my mindset too. I can say no to trouble areas because I eat now to fuel my workouts, which help relieve the stress that caused me to binge before.

I love this site. It has helped me so much get a hold on my weight. I have lost a total of 33 pounds and have been working harder at moving more!! I still have a lot to go but know I am headed in the right direction! I am part of a another team as well that I feel really connected to. the encouragement has been awesome!
