We all go through ups and downs on this journey..the big thing is that you are aware of the portion control, and are hopping back. No one is perfect in this quest for a healthy lifestyle; we all have (and have had) our weak times. The important thing is the overall progress, and overall mental positiveness - which you have!
Good luck, and enjoy those apples (I like dipping fruit in yogurt...just a tip for a little extra sweetness without the guilt- in fact, I'm eating some blueberry yogurt with a banana right now - yummy delicious!!).

Well I went out for a week with family and friends and fell off the portion control while I was there. So no loss in sight this week I imagine but I'm back to the gym and apples instead of cheesecake.
I can do this by golly! And we all fall off sometimes so here's to getting back on with all the support we can muster.
