I only got my home gym set up near the end of January (I waited for everything to go on sale, lol) but since then I've been trying to do half an hour on my bike and 30 minutes of dumbells every day - I'm already feeling really good about it!
It's kind of annoying that only cardio counts towards fitness minutes, since resistance training is so important for weight loss and weight maintenance, but since I do the same number of minutes of weights as cardio I'll just double my number at the end of the month. I don't know if I'll make it to 2000 minutes, but I'll definitely make it to 1500 (750 on sparkpeople) in February, that gives me a few days off :)
