Move when you feel you are ready to move Shirdee. As losinforme said, This is not a race! You do the steps until you are comfortable with that stage then you move to the next. You can spend a year with step one if thats what you feel you need to do, there is no time limits.

That is okay! This is not a race - these are the building blocks to living a healthy lifestyle, so everyone moves at their own pace. When you're ready, you'll move on to the next stage :).
